I will say we were honestly not aware that the expectation was to pay another fee upon extension. When I decided to move to Houston (over 1.5 yrs ago), I conducted various internet searches regarding downtown lofts for lease. Sandra Gunn Properties kept coming up. And, the website also had pictures of various units which made research easier.

I really love my unit and living at Renoir. It is a special place and so far-very quiet! I am thrilled at the good value I got on my unit as I toured six available units yesterday during the open house and think mine was priced much better than some of the comparable ones I saw. Your special decorator unit is the exception. The others I toured were mismatched, expensive, and not as nice

What made you originally contact Sandra Gunn Properties?
We found Sandra Gunn properties on the web, after a bad experience with another real estate agent in the Houston area. Sandra and her team were focused on the areas where we wanted to live, and had some good expertise there.

What made you take the next step in allowing us to represent you?
We were very impressed with there knowledge of the inner loop, also the fact that they actually listened to the types of places that we were looking for, and not showing us places where they wanted to live.

Spectacular. We ended up buying downtown. We were very impress with Sandra's knowledge of the area, history, buildings, developers, agents, etc. She just knows everything.

Understanding the type of lifestyle you wanted:
They were very understanding that we were looking for a loft, and not a house. They were very focused on what types of places we were looking for, and what types of places we weren't looking for.

Explaining the how's and why's of the steps during the transaction:
Sandra's team is very focused on keeping us informed every step of the way. They were very quick with things to be signed, documents to be returned, and amendments. Because of their quick management, we were able to close on our loft in two weeks time.

It would improve the client's real estate experience if:
Bring cookies! Nothing really. You were great at understanding our time pressures, and working with us to get things done fast.

Would you choose Sandra Gunn Properties again and why?
Yes! Why: Sandra made sure that we understood each step of the process, and challenged us to ask the right questions. The were fast, efficient, and fun to work with. And very careful when it came to the paper work. I can appreciate a real estate team that doesn't leave anything to chance.
