Applicant should have the following qualities:

1) Knowledge of Houston’s Inner Loop market

2) Strong real estate contract knowledge

3) Desire to provide high levels of customer service

4) Multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize

5) Self-starter who can meet critical deadlines

6) Writing, communication and organizational skills are a must

7) Proficient in Houston’s Multiple Listing Service, Centralized Showing Service, ZipForms, Outlook and Microsoft applications.
