Built in 1921 by William C. Hogg, developer of River Oaks and son of Jim Hogg, former Governor of Texas, the eight-story Art Deco office building has retained every inch of its distinction with its timely conversion to loft residences. Can also be used as an office.

Hogg Palace is in the Theatre District which is a great area of town. There are many restaurants in the area as well. They have a great group of residents that live here.......very friendly and fun to be around. The lofts come with hardwood floors, black granite countertops in the kitchen and slate in the bathrooms, as well as a w/d and 6 ft. whirlpool tub. The bathrooms have a separate water closet as well with plenty of cabinet space. There is track lighting in the living room area and we do all bulb changes for you in the loft so you will not have to worry with that. Hogg Palace has door-to-door trash pick-up on Mon. Wed. and Friday. There is assigned parking in the enclosed parking garage.

Basically all you have to do is enjoy living here and we will do the rest. Entry to the building is code accessed. Hogg Palace amenities include a Billiard room, Theatre room and a large Fitness center with every machine you could possibly need.... and the newest machines have individual TV's on each!

Best of all is its fortuitous location, within three blocks in all directions of some of Houstons most entertaining areas and offerings. Market Square, the Theatre District, Sesquicentennial Park and Allen's Landing are all a few blocks away.
