What made you originally contact Sandra Gunn Properties?

When I decided to move to Houston (over 1.5 yrs ago), I conducted various internet searches
regarding downtown lofts for lease. Sandra Gunn Properties kept coming up. And, the website
also had pictures of various units which made research easier.

What made you take the next step in allowing us to represent you?

After Ron did such a fine job of finding the perfect loft for me, I thought he'd be great to work
with when I decided to purchase a home.

Ron is extremely knowledgeable about the area. His research was probably made easier by the
fact that he lives really close to the neighborhood.

Because we've worked together in the past, Ron knows exactly what resonates with my personality.
He geared his comments and advice towards those concerns.

Ron did a great job of giving me the information that I needed in an efficient, effective, and succinct manner.
That went a long way with me because I often have so little disposable time to deal with details.

Would you choose Sandra Gunn Properties again and why?

Yes. Ron was very attentive and professional throughout the process. He's a valuable part of
your team...especially when it comes to working with young urban professionals.

What made you originally contact Sandra Gunn Properties?
We found a property that we liked online, and Ron was the selling agent.
He showed us that property, we asked him to show us other properties and so
the working relationship began.

What made you take the next step in allowing us to represent you?
The day we met Ron, we got the impression of a calm, knowledgeable,
non-pushy realtor who understood our style and what we were looking for.
This proved to be true. Ron was flexible enough to allow us to choose the
homes we wanted to see; he was also very good about providing us with
information about the areas and the homes themselves
