HOUSTON LOFTS
The sky's the limit... literally!
1996 marked the beginning of a new era in Houston real estate - one that
Sandra is very excited to be a part of. We celebrated the completion of the Metropolis
Lofts, the first new residential building built in Houston since 1984. The quick
sales of the Metropolis demonstrated Houstonians desire
to move back toward the Downtown area. From renovated historical buildings in and around
Downtown Houston to new Art-Deco lofts or turn-of the century storefronts featuring exposed beams,
15 to 20 foot ceilings, skyline views, brick accented walls, concrete or plank floors,
lofts are a unique home alternative.
Ralph Bivins of The Houston Chronicle and HGTV Lofty
Living recognized Sandra as not only
an industry leader, but a community leader as well. Her experience qualifies her as
an expert in the area of loft living.
A progressive broker specializing in the
unique, Sandra is a natural for representing and showing these intriguing
residences. She has sold and leased properties in most of Houston's high rises
